Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no contract obligations other than consenting to the
SIMPLE PARTY® SUBSCRIPTION AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
Do I have to commit for a certain period of time?
No. You have no obligation to commit for any period of time. You can cancel your
account at any time.
If no events are reserved in any given month, do I still have to pay the monthly
fee?
Yes. Please keep in mind, even though events have not been reserved, Simple Party
continues to host your lists and images, allow new sign-ups, maintain your data,
and record reporting results.
Billing
How is the monthly fee determined?
Your first fee: When you subscribe to Simple Party, your first charge is an
Activation Fee for the base service, Book Simple. You can also add on Invite Simple
and/or My Party Cart for an additional fee.
Does my billing date change if I add a second product to my account?
No. Added module fees will be pro-rated from the date added until the end of the
current month.

Discounts
What are the pre-pay discounts?
Standard discount: 10% off (12 months at your averaged monthly level).
Non-profit discount: 20% off (12 months of your averaged monthly level).
These discounts are given to organizations that are verifiable non-profit
under current government laws. Registration from 501 (c) (3) required for Nonprofit
The pre-payment option provides a discount to customers off of current standard pricing
based on the monthly average of events reserved during the previous year. New
customers must sign up and pay their Activation Fee online before the can be considered
for a pre-pay discount. New customers must provide documentation of previous year
events. Any customer with less than 12 months of continuous service is considered new.
If you decide to choose a pre-payment plan, you have the option of paying by check or
credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Is there a discount if I buy add-on products?
Yes, there is a substantial savings when you sign up for add on products. Depending
upon the number of reservations, you can receive up to 38% off the combined monthly

We guarantee that if you are not satisfied within 30 days after your initial activation,
we will refund your Activation Fee within 45 days of your request to cancel.
